Ah, that was satisfying. It's the kind of practice I needed for some of my characters. I learned some things too, like just how long Ike's sword is. Thanks for the matches general.
edit: haha, thanks for the singing. I think the best match was the first where we got to sudden death, after that I started sucking terribly until a couple of friendlies later. Great practice for me though, really enjoyed it.
I've been working on that PT for months, glad to know it actually improved. Trying to make him match worthy, being a low tier generally.

I'm only good with Ivysaur but Squirtle just confuses the he'll out of me with his speed and his running foward and turning back animation is a tricky one. Not to mention the great throws that all the 3 pokemon have. Charzards Fly is a killer with super armor.

I actually trained my PT against a Marth, which is probably why in that match you had so much trouble. And no offense, the Marth I practiced with...ridiculously good.
Ivysaur is probably the hardest, his attacks usually leave him way too open, but his range saves him from a lot. And yes, they all have wonderful throws. And with Charizard I don't rely on Fly because of the likely chance of missing (as you saw). I prefer to space then grab and edgeguard.
