Post here with what routers you have tried to connect your Wii to, and whether it worked or not. This will reduce the number of repetitive threads on router compatibility.

DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE, ONLY WHAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH

linksys wrt54g w/ the latest firmware. found my connection right out of the box

Motorola WR850g.
Kept getting the 51330,51331,51332, when testing. what finally worked for me was setting the Wireless Mode to "Compatibility" (which is making it 802.11g AND 802.11b).

NETGEAR MR814V2 w/ latest firmware. Wii worked with it straight out of the box with no setting changes on the router or Wii.

i'd like to quote this, since i have the same router. i've been using mine for about a year for wireless access to computers, and i've been getting the 51330 error which i havent fixed.

sometime later i'll try to fix it [tried the channel thing, firmware upgrade and a couple other things which i cant really remember anymore]

so this one might be iffy. or i have bad luck, one of the two

dgl4300 by dlink. AWESOME!!!!! it went through 3 walls, 35 feet and it still had full bars. The shiznit.

oh wait, it has problem connecting with the Wii whenyou connect with superturbo on in the router. I just disabled that super turbo and it worked like a charm.

Linksys BEFSR41 Wired Router v4.1
No firmware update or configuration of router needed.

Im using a Linksys WRT54GP2 and it works like a treat. Just had to enter in teh SSID and my WPA code, connects up everytime and updates when it needs to

Using my fairly dated Linksys DI-614+ w/o issue.

Since I have MAC filtering turned on, I just had to go add the Wiis MAC address to the list then enter the WEP key.

Linksys WCG200 WORKS GREAT!!!
