Black spots on backgrounds

For some reason the intro screen and backgrounds for my game show black spots... it's not the TV itself as the spots will stay in one place and then move when the background shifts and I haven't had this problem with any other Wii game or TV shows, netflix, etc.

The artifacts appear in bands or columns as you'll see in the pictures

Weird I never noticed that before. I no longer have the game but when I did I never saw that.

it may be an effect like dirt dont worry bout it unless anything else happens
