Zelda - Forest Temple Help!

Hey all

Im in the forest temple and have just freed the 3rd monkey, But I am a lil stuck now as to where to go, I have checked the walkthroughs and it says the boulder (in the room with the plants u have to throw the bombs into)

the boulder shud be moved from the doorway so I can go in and knock the chest down, but it is still blocked.

I have back tracked my steps but nothing?

any help would be great, thanks

grab the bomb closest to the boulder and run around that little fence thing and throw the bomb at the boulder
