Wireless Router and DS

This possibly sounds silly but I'm just double checking. I own the Nintendo DS with Mario Kart DS. Next week I'm upgrading to Broadband with a wireless router. Now I don't need to get anything for the DS for it to go online right?

Does anyone know, because I think it does work with wireless router. Hmmmm
