I'm planning on purchasing a 360 with my income tax check, and I was looking at my store and saw that the Wireless adapter for the 360 (I hate ethernet cords) is 100 dollars. Now I was wondering, do any of you know any third party publishers that have made a Wireless adapter for the 360 that is less expensive (79.99-89.99 isn't a bad price), but I'm just wondering if any third party publishers have made any that you currently know of.

Heres one for 89.99

I saw one at Best Buy for either $69.99 or $79.99, I don't recall the manufacturer name but I know it was 3rd party.

but when you buy a 3rd party wireless adapter, make sure its compatible for the 360... but the one for the 360 is solid.. because most of the 3rd party adapters are ony b/g ranges, while the 360 one is a/b/g range....

plus, it clips onto the back of the 360 and its small so you dont really notice it on the 360....

though I agree with the 3rd party warning. Not sure how many people the 802.11a compatibility will help. Not many people have (A) capable routers. B+G is much more common.

^^true, but a is better for streaming video, photos and other crap from your computer to the 360, using the windows media connect thing....
