wiishop not working

it's sunday january 14th and i think wii shop is down. internet and forcast works and i had a successful connection test. aswell, the light is red instead of orange. anyhelp?!

if the light is red wii connect 24 is turned off go to options and turn it back on

24 was on but the light was red. i turned the wii off-n-on twice and it turned orange again. wiishop worked later anyways (it was kinda slow though) and bought some vc games.
