Is the news content still not up and running yet? Every time i try to connect it says my Wii has to update, it connects to the internet then within about 2-3 mins of checking for an update it comes back me having the latest software. Also I suppose a 2 parter, what about Wii Shopping Channel? I'm having problems downloading the free browser

From the way they are talking about the enhanced Wii consoles being released in the later part of 2007, from what has mentioned briefly about the news channel it will be coming out around the same time.

CNN will be doing the news channel. There are links somewhere, I am too lazy to find them.

yeah I remember hearing the 27th, but that was awhile ago. we'll see I guess. you can always go to a news site with the browser.
