Wii updates......

Hey i was wondering where i could find info on updates that the wii does when it ask you to. I would like to know whats being updated before i actually do it. Ive tried the search button but nothing

Most updates just allow access to different channels.

it seems to update when it wants too. ive only gotten the flashing blue light for channel additions though.
possibly games update (if needed) during that lovley black screen after you choose start game.
