Wii~TV~Security Cam~Internet?

Hello,
New to the scene here, checked thru quite a few threads, but couldn't quite find what I'm looking for?

Here's my question :questionbox:
I have a working analog security cam that's connected to Vid Port 1 (RCA) on TV.
I have Wii connected to same TV on Vid Port 2 (RCA) which is hooked up via LAN adapter with working Opera internet.

Is there a way to view this cam (TV Vid Port 1), thru the Wii\Opera (TV Vid Port 2), to be streamlined\viewed via PC?
