Wii taking long time to turn on/off

when wii connect 24 is on it takes 4 or 5 seconds to turn off....is that normal?

Yeh i will verify that it takes a few seconds longer to turn off when wiiconnect24 is on.

k but honestly yeah it takes a lot longer for wii to shut down if its in the middle of something, say surfin the net, or on connect24 it has to switch from running on a normal full trottle mode to a standby mode... lot for the wii little thing to process. Psh 4 seconds shouldnt be too taxing on someones life.
