Wii PAL/SECAM

Hi guys!
I want to buy Nintendo Wii here in Australia (PAL)
But then i'm going back to Russia (Secam)

I just wondering if i will be able to play games from Russia on my Australian Wii.

As i know in Russia Nintendo officially sells PAL version of Wii.
Is that something to do with DVD region or PAL/SECAM things?
I'm trying to understand is that depend on CONSOLE or GAME DVD REGION CODING?

As far as I know they should work on a pal one (French games are SECAM and they work)

thanks for quick reply.
all of the games sold officially in Russia are PAL/SECAM
Coz Australian region is 4 and Russia is 5.
But in both countries Nintendo officially sell PAL consoles

So it's nothing to do with GAME DVD REGION CODE.All i need is PAL console?
