Wii online with imac

Hello. I have a new model imac and am using it to get the wii online. I have cable internet leading into the the imac. The wii in communicating with the imac via the airport. I can gt online just fine with it to go to the channels and such, but the connection doesn't work for online game play. I have tried to get endless oceans to work but I am stumped! Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Its probably nothing to do with the mac...
try another online game if you can see what hapens

Hmmm.

So the online gaming shouldn't be any different than the wii channels? I tried another game and it didn't work either. I suspect that there is some firewall or something that will let the wii get online but not communicate in the way needed to game online?
