wii help im clueless.........pls HELP!!

i purchased a wii from malaysia is it pal or ntsc?


i wanna download a game form piratebay how to burn it onto a disc to play on my wii?
(i know wii has to be moded for that will mine be moded if it has neogamma channel? i can play all fake games on it)


while downloading from pb does it matter then if the game is ntsc or pal?
pls help me!!
