Wii and Playing MP3/Music

Hi all.

Is it possible to play music on the Wii, or are we waiting for an update to do this? How can you put pictures and music onto your Wii?

Do USB sticks work?

Also to stop the flaming (again) I have searched for this topic on the forums, but its hopeless because "mp3" is less than 3 characters. This is why I have included the word "music" in the title, so it can be easily found on a search by another user.
