wierdness

my wii is anoying me ive been trying to axess the wii shop but it keeps giveing me error code like "wiiconnect and wii shop channel services currently being offered."

some one told me thats "a connection problem" and that if i had a stronger connection it will work i tried playing wii rite next to my wireless router nothing happend.

i even cleared my settings and redoing my internet setting...... to make it even wierder i play fifa11 online all the time.
