Wi-Fi USB connector won't work everytime I restart computer!!

Whenever I restart or turn off my computer, when it turns back on, my Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector doesn't connect to the internet. I have to completely uninstall and reinstall everything like I did when I first bought the connector whenever I turn off the computer. The registration tool shows up in the taskbar, but it isn't connected, and when I try to set it up on the Wii it says the connector can't be found. Is there any way I can make it so the usb connector automatically works after I restart the computer?

that dosnt happen to me everytime my pc turns on it automatically connects to my wii but i never have unplugged my wii so that maybe the case i never have been disconnected maybe try that other than that try update on the wii u might have to do that instead of uninstalling and re-installing if it still does the same thing then i dunno

when i restart mine i have to do something to connect it on the wii like go on shop, forecast, ect, ect.
