What's a good Ping for Wii gaming?

Anybody have any idea what a desired ping time for Wii gaming would be? I'm getting right around 150ms - 200ms. i know that's kind of high, but my friend has a ps3 and is playin unreal tournament online with 150ms ping times. or so he says...

well the lower the better, but good is about 0-150pinf is good
