I seen a couple threads where people add friends to their friend list. How to i add friends and what is the purpose? Can you play each other. Can you see if their online. Can you see their mii? thanks
let me explain this for you in simpler terms
1) you have to get their wii-code and name of their hardrive.
2) this is used so you can wii-mail them (if you have your own code and wii-mail set up.)
3) no you can only check if their online on wi-fi games like Mario Strikers charged, fifa 08, madden 08, and PBR.

If you have friends added you can exchange Mii's with each other. You can also view your friends created Mii's by clicking on the Mii Parade. Also if you're looking for friends please use the "Share Friends Code" thread which can be found by clicking on the Nintendo Wii Online Section.
