What is the Blue Light?

I have read ppl saying My blue light isnt on... IS it suppose to be on??? I am getting my wii this week so this way i know.. is the blue light suppose to be on?

I think its on when a game is loading up.

I have only seen it on when the console is turning on. I want it on full-time =*(

it blinks once for me when i turn it on and its suppose to just be lit when no cd is inside to make it easier to put a disc in when its dark.

There will probably be a hack for it to be on all the time, I don't plan on hacking it though.

There is probably an option for it like on a PSP (im not a soy fanboy, infact i HATE the PS3)so you probably just have to go settings and then turn it on.
