If you want to change your Wii Code go to Options---> Settings ---> 3rd Page --> Wii Format--> Click Yes, Yes, Yes

WARNING: This will delete all your Data on the Nintendo Wii

Every Time you format it will change your Nintendo Wii Code

I don't know but it is kind of just a warning that if you reformat your Nintendo Wii you will change your Wii Code while your Reformating.
