Virtual console games (Baseball Stars 2) screen shaking.

Hi. I am just wondering if anyone else knows why the screen constantly shakes for Baseball Stars 2? When I pause it and go back in it plays fine, but always starts shaking.

Mario 3 my only other virtual console game plays fine.

So I don't know if its just a Baseball Stars 2 thing or what.
