VGA to Wii

I need to hook up my wii to a vga connection, maybe without hooking it up to the computer first. I'm sure it can be done, but im not sure how. This is a neccesity because my sister watches tv a lot and its pissing me off.:mad2:

I use a unit from Grandtec called the grand video console. It works perfectly.

I was kind of hoping for something under $20 due to my lack of cash flow. But thanks for the replies.
