VC Games with Wireless Gamecube Controller?

Hello,

I was about to purchase a second virtual console controller, when I heard a rumor that there is a wireless Gamecube controller available. Does anyone know if this is true, and if the wireless Gamecube controller will work with the WII, and finally, can all VC games be played with a Gamecube controller rather than the VC controller?

there are tons of brands of wireless controllers for the gamecube, but I beleive the one that people say work the best is Nintendos Wavebird Controllers

But do they work with the WII, and can you play all the VC games with it?

they do work with the wii, and you can play most VC games with them, , (not all of them, look on the shop channel to find out for each game)

wavebirds work well, but can be expensive... i went in to my local gamestop and bought their brand of wireless GC controller... brand new for 19.99 and it works great
