VC Games that are Hard to play with a GameCube Controller

OK like a month or so ago i bought a WaveBird (Wireless GameCube Controller) and foudn out that some VC Games were quite difficult to play with a GameCube Controller. I was really looking forward to Super Mario World but i heard that it was really hard to play with a GameCube Controller.

So, are there any other games that are difficult to play with a GameCube Controller, or are easier to play with a Classic Controller?

1: Super Mario World, really hard to Run and then Jump.
