Used to own a Wii, just got another. Transfer downloads?

I used to own a Wii however I traded it in. I've just got another one and I'm wondering if there's a way to get the things back that I had purchased on my old console?

I've got a feeling it's going to be bad news.

I thought you could pester Ninty (you probably would have t' give 'em hell) to get back downloaded games? Just not the saves, obviously. IIRC all Virtual Console sales are linked to your Club Nintendo account if you linked said account to your Wii before purchasing them.

In any case, inquiry Nintendo directly on the matter to be sure.
