US Wii in europe

My sister wants to take her wii console and games (also a PS2) to europe, but will be using a new european TV. Just acquiring a 220v power adapter is not going to be enough is it ? Will she have to buy euro market consoles AND games ?

Softmodding and power source will solve it, and make sure the connection is compatible with your tv
