I doubt that half of those games will be released on the dates listed, and yes, Hammer was canned.

I am not 100% sure, but I think that it is also called Wii Orchestra or something similar. A sample picture is shown below:

^The was the suggested name from about a year ago. The official name is now "Wii Music."

Similar to how the Wii was codenamed Revolution, but then named Wii.

SSBB is most likely not being released in Europe before the end of the year.
