after beating four swords for GCN and twilight princess and also replaying alttp, i came up with a little theory.
I came to notice that the mirror of twilight appears in all 3 games, in four swords it talks of the tiwlight mirror being used to trap away an ancient hylian tribe, much like midna's tribe in TP.
In alttp the twilight mirror is used to pass from ganons kingdom to normal hyrule, and seeing as though the mirrior is destroyed by midna in TP it lead me to the conclusion that four swords and alttp must occur before twilight princess. thats it
