trouble with NHL2K10

HI guys, new to the wii and forum. It seems that when I play NHL2k10 my motion plus stops working after a couple minutes and when I'm on the menu pages the different pages light up on their own and inadvertently. I'm not sure if this is a game glitch or a hardware problem. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure about losing your Motion Plus calibration, but the menus are very sensitive to remote and/or Nunchuk movement.

Thanks goheat, much appreciated. I will check if its the sensitivity that is making the menus go dorky. I got a new motion plus sensor so hopefully that will solve the issue.
