Theyre both fun, but Trauma will probably give you more bang for you buck. I'd get them both.

Haven't played Trauma but Wario is pretty fun and creative.

Trauma Center...Great gameplay and storyline. Definitely more fun that Wario Ware. Highly exciting too. Wario Ware is just plain retarded and pointless...not to mention short from what I've heard.
