the 100th update is...

this is going to be announced tommorow in this thread along with all of the pictures that came with it. i will also tell you (on a scale from 1-10) how i thought of it and if people got too hyped for it.

sonic:

while searching "100th super smash bros brawl update dojo discussion" on google i only saw 3 links. one was on a vaccum, another was a link that i couldn't enter and the other one: a conversation between sakouri (sry if i spelled it wrong) and bill tren. they were writing the following

S:
for the 100th smash bros update on tuesday/wednesday i would like to introduce the audiance with a new-unexpected game-play mode.

B:
well do you have another adventure mode or are you going to introduce internet capability?

S:
the confirmation of wi-fi wouldn't shock the gamers too much. they're so into the game that they probably already know that tommorow is the 100th update. listen, the sooner we tell them that sonic is in, the better. more people have alot of time to know that he is introduced and will like that.

B:
did you have to agree with sega to put him in?

S:
this is still in process but we hav'nt started animating him yet.

B:
so, back on topic. what is your final decision on the update?

S:
either more info on the 1-player mode, the actual character roster but with the ? spaces of course or the annoucment of sonic but without any pictures.

B:

the only question i have is why does he say tuesday/wednesday?

Something about this article is fishy. Sakurai would not be that open about the subject. If this is legit than I am so psyched for tomorrow. Imo one of the best things he could do would be to show us the character select screen (with ?'s), I can't wait to see that.

I specifically remember Sakurai stating that nothing about 3rd party characters would be updated on the site.

nvm this is fake. first off what levesue is king said. second if this was really said. and reported. it would be pretty much everywhere. AND it would have better writing (I instead of i) plus i googled the same thing and with quotations. got over 3 links. and when i googled bill tren sakurai brawl conversation (a mixture of those words) i still get nothing. and something in spanish..

Ya know every time people put crap up like this there is NEVER ONE link.. So for the sonic story anything is possible.. So :/..

And wtf when somebody says they haven't started to Animate him don't you think he would be atleast one of the top 10 characters to start working on?.. But i can understand legal reasons if they haven't been able to start.. HOPEFULLY this will not be another delay.. x-x
