Super Mario All Stars Wii??

Just saw this. The question is what is this. Is this just a rip of the classics ported to wii. Or are they upgrading the graphics like they did when the snes version came out. And anyone know how much more it will be after the preorder or that is just they're gimmick to get preorders.
