Stats not updating while playing MOH:H2 online

Hey guys, I don't know if anybody else is experiencing this problem, but since last week none of my stats have been updating after I play Heroes 2 online in a ranked match. I don't understand it. I'll play a few matches on a server, quit back to the lobby and my stats are still the same as they were a while ago. I even tried creating another account to see if that would help, but nothing. I want to note that I know the difference between a ranked and unranked game, so that's not the issue.

Anybody have any ideas as to what it could be? I tried looking at the EA support page, but it's useless.

i dont know what your problem is but thats got to suck not having your stats updating

It's the most annoying thing when playing online, especially when I manage to get a pretty good positive score each time I play.
