Star Fox 64 Question

Hey guys i'm on my way out the door so i havent introduced myself yet but


in star fox 64 how did you get to the screen where it has amount of time it took to beat it? its not in the records screen but i remember seeing it. is this included in the VC version and how do you get to it?

There are no time records in Star Fox 64, only scores, wingmate survival, and Arwings remaining. It would make no sense really since the game is on rails. Only Starfox Assault gives you a bonus score with respect to the amount of time it took to complete the level, which can obviously be reduced by boosting.

All i see is "ranking" and it shows the most number of "Hits". Tje more hits you have after you beat the game or die, you are higher up in rank. That is all there is.

yeah but when i had it for 64 i distinctly remember some cinematic movie, after which the leader board scrolled with times. this is how they kept track of the records for fastest time right?
