I've snaked all my TV wires behind walls etc. and now I've decided to do Netflix - and movies need better sound. Trouble is, my receiver sits right next to my Wii, and the end of the audio/video wires aren't close. I'd like to get audio to the receiver without snaking wires (again).
Is there something that I could plug into my unit that would allow me to tap off the audio, and then plug the regular plug back in? Essentially send audio to two places, but do it near the wii unit.
All I can think of is to tap into my wire and splice out the audio feeds - but I can just see me messing that up.

I've been asked to re-phrase - I thought I was pretty clear but here goes. I need a way to split the audio outputs near the Wii unit, not at the end of the wires. Do they make a special plug?
