Smaller Third Party Companies on VC?

Does anyone know the likliehood of obscure third party companies releasing games on the VC? I ask this largely because I would love to play Harley's Humongous Adventure, and Harvest Moon on the VC. But because they're not Nintendo, or a notable 3rd party developer like Hudson or Konami I'm not sure what the likliehood is.

They're currently developing a new channel: "WiiWare" something like what you want may be released on that, search it.

from what I gathered, I though Wii ware was simply for new games, made by smaller developers and companies, Harvest Moon and Harley's Humongous Adventure are older games
