I ditched The Sims series in 4th Grade, they just get very boring and repetetive after a long time. I don't have much experience with Sim City so I can't rule it out...yet. I'll wait for the reviews to hit IGN.

I agree. I haven't touched a game in "The Sims" series in a while now, so I am still unsure if I want to start anytime soon. But thanks for the info.
