Signature Help

I'm looking for the effect that I've seen in signatures that have like I guess you call them dots in the background, and they say different things like Nintendo Wii Owner, Mario Fan. They're small sigs, about 20-25 pixels in height. If anyone knows how to make those dots in the background can you please post how.

Their called Userbars. Just go to google and search userbar tutorial. I'm pretty sure there are some sites which offer good tutorials on how to make userbars. Or you could just go to www.download.com and search userbar generator for a easy program which allows you to make simple userbars.
