Hudson has released some screenshots of their new Wi-Fi enabled Wii title called Wi-Fi Taiou Genzen Table Games. According to Famitsu, this table game collection will include ten classic games, nine more than Nintendo's own Wii Chess.
Table Games will include go, renju, reversi, mah-jongg, contract bridge, backgammon, hana-awase, daifugo, shogi and even chess. Since it's Wi-Fi enabled, players can choose to go head to head against another player online or opt to pit their skills against a computer AI with varying degrees of difficulty.
Famitsu reports that the game is being prepped for a Spring 2008 release in Japan. No word yet on a North American release, but minimal localization should be all that's needed to bring this title to territories outside Japan.
