Retro Games

I'm a complete noob here, and I have a couple questions about the retro games that are going to come to Wii.

First, are the retro games (turbo grafx et.) going to exactly as they were, or will they be new updates releases of old titles?

And second, how will they get in the system? Will it be only by download, or will we be able to insert/copy ROMs to the unit, via disc or PC?
