I dont want to ruin the experience for you but he is Wesker, he is one of the main roles behind the games plot.

Looks a bit different than I expected. XD the guy looks like he's about to die in like 5 different clips. I wonder about the difficulty lvl. Ah, well, I guess that's part of the charm.
