removing parental controls without pin

someone on another site bought a wii pre owned from game but after getting it home found the parental controls to be set and doesnt know the pin or the secret question. is there anyway of getting around this without having to return it to game?

Yeah, you just have to call Nintendo, I put parental controls on my Wii and tested it out, and they do give you a reset pin, so just call Nintendo..

usa/canada 1-800-255-3700 is the number to call according to the manual to get pin reset.
