Red Steel - I think I'm stuck!

I've just accepted one of the missions at Harrys bar. I chose the woman, I've jumped over the wall in the city and killed the 3 guys who shoot at you. The door to what looks like a dojo is locked but I can open both windows. I can't jump inside though and there doesn't seem to be any other way in as I can't get over the fence around the building.

How do I get in?

Hi.
I had this problem too.You must jump and then crouch down while you`re in the air.

As above. It is a pain and will take you many attempts.
