I know Green is good rep & red is bad rep but what is gray & how do u give gray rep? I've gotten 2 gray reps today.

grey means that the person who reped you has little or no status to give you a green rep
its neither good or bad its just an empty rep
until someone reps them or they rep enough people, it will always be grey
think of it as neutral
