If there is a blue "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection" label on the game case, there should be some menu in the game. The menu title may vary depending on what game you have. Guitar Hero 3 has a menu called "Nintendo WFC" for example.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl is T rated and it does have connection on it so you can play against others online. Total pain we have to wait until March 9.
