So I've been searching past threads and learned that it's best to connect a Wii to a LCD monitor using analog signals as using DVI would be very expensive. In my case, I have a 20 inch Dell monitor that's capable of both DVI and VGA output and I would like to connect my Wii to it via VGA.
I found these three items on MonoPrice.com. I'm not too good with wiring in general in terms of quality, so would these products also allow a good output with little to no interference in picture?
These are the items I'm looking into getting:
1. The Nintendo Wii 6ft Component Cables: http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...=10830&cs_id=1083001&p_id=3566&seq=1&format=2
2. The Female to Female RGB Connectors: http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...=10401&cs_id=1040107&p_id=3002&seq=1&format=2
3. RGB to VGA Connector: http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...=10235&cs_id=1023503&p_id=2170&seq=1&format=2
I'm wondering if these three pieces alone will be sufficient of playing my Wii on the monitor.
Thanks in advance!
