Puzzle Help afer water temple (spoiler?)

Hi i just beat the water temple and talked to zelda and I am on the hunt for the master sword. I beat the little imp running around in the secret forest and I am now in the sacred grove but i cannot figure out the puzzle in this area... can anyone tell me the exact movements i need to make to get the 2 giants to move back in their spaces? i tried planning this out and for 20 stright minutes i tried this puzzle and i cannot solve it. Thanks

just so you know, the statues cannot jump into darkness even though you "force" them. and they cant jump onto the same block as the other.
