Public Profiles

Everytime that I try to view someones public profile, it tells me that I don't have permission to do that. Can someone tell me why?

May be due to the fact your a new member or your post count may be too low.

I think you have to have five post or something.

[vBulletin] treats newer members bad with their hosted forums. If they join, they're a member, they shouldn't have to have 5 posts to view a profile or 10 posts to PM. I think that's ridiculous.
