Hi all
gave up waiting for a new Wii for my daughter and managed to get a boxed as new machine from gamestation in the UK , problem is that the previouse owner set a pin No as a parental controll and i have no idea of the answer to there security question .....HELP

Can you not format the wii via wii settings? Or does that also require the pin?

If nothing else works take it back
